Real-Time Speech Translation Tool

I originated and manages a real-time speech translation tool designed to improve language accessibility in public and community settings. While technical implementation was conducted by my engineering collaborator, I was responsible for:
- Defining the functional scope and product vision;
- Guiding system architecture, with emphasis on latency control and device accessibility;
- Selecting and integrating cloud-based services for speech recognition, machine translation, and text-to-speech synthesis.

I oversaw testing and deployment in a multilingual community church setting in the United States, where the tool was used successfully to support linguistically diverse audiences. My responsibilities extended to:
-Managing iterative testing cycles;
- Analyzing user feedback for performance tuning;
- Planning for scalability, including the potential release of the tool as a public-facing SaaS product designed for community organizations, multilingual services, and low-bandwidth environments.

All products are developed under the umbrella of Targeted Solutions for Business LLC — my holding company for tech innovation and applied R&D.
